CERN VISITS
On Tuesday February 28 and on Thursday March 1 you will have the possibility to visit CERN after the conference. The event is free of charge. The booking is now closed but few left places will be available at registration time.
After an introductory speech at the CERN Globe of Science and Innovation, the participants will have the opportunity to visit the “Universe of Particles” permanent exhibition, the ATLAS control room and the ATLAS visitor centre.
A bus leaving at 18:00 will take the visitors from the CICG to the CERN Globe, where a group of guides will welcome them.
At the end of the visit (around 21:00), the participants will get back to their accommodations by themselves.
GALA DINNER
A dinner will be held on Wednesday February 29 at the Hotel Kempinski. The charge for it is 90 CHF, and is payable when registering. A ticket will be given to the subscribers, who will have to show it at the entrance to the dinner room.
The food will be served starting at 20:00. The participants will have to take care by themselves of displacements to and from the Hotel Kempinski.
