On-line registration is now closed, but on-site registration will be possible every day at the coference reception desks (week fee 1000 CHF, day fee 200 CHF).

Registration opens on June 15, 2011.
Early registration and abstract submission close on October 15, 2011: conference fee 400 CHF. If you also plan to submit an asbtract, you have the option of postponing the payment until you know whether your abstract is accepted or not. If you select this option, please keep the registration confirmation email in order to later access the online payment system.
Late registration is possible until February 15, 2011, for a fee of 700 CHF.
On-site registration will be possible for a fee of 1000 CHF, until the maximum capacity of the conference room.
The registration fee covers access to the conference, a copy of the final programme and conference proceedings, coffee breaks and lunches during the conference.
Student Rate 50% reduction.

Online payment with the major credit cards is available, as well as bank transfer. You are strongly encouraged to send a pdf copy of the transfer order to info-ictr-phe-2012@cern.ch to ease the tracking of your payment. It is mandatory to provide a copy of the transfer order as proof of payment to the registration desk at the conference.
Important: you need to be registered in order to submit an abstract. Keep the Registration ID number that you will receive in the confirmation email, as it will be needed for abstract submission.
Cancellation policy
Registration fees (with a reduction of 80 CHF for administrative charges) will be refunded only if notification of cancellation will have reached the Conference Secretariat before January 15, 2012.
No refunds will be issued after this date and no-shows are not eligible for a refund. All refunds will be made within 3-4 weeks after the conference.
If you register but cannot attend the conference, you can transfer your registration to another person within your organization. Please inform the organisers in this case.
